Sales / Account Management
Our Recruiters and Account Managers perform the dual role of building
relationships with current and potential client organizations as well as
working with candidates to pair them with career opportunities that match
their skills and interests. Account Managers not only secure business but
also “manage” the careers of their candidates, placing them in full-time and
contract assignments located across the country. It’s a multi-dimensional
position within a team environment that offers a great deal of variety.
Accounting & Finance
From administering payroll and analyzing data to evaluating processes and
implementing improvements, our Accounting department is comprised of
strategic and analytical thinkers that are responsible for maintaining the
financial integrity of C&A.
Administration
Whether the specialty is human resources, benefits and insurance, or
department support, employees in administrative roles are critical to C&A’s
business success. Our administrative-related teams are, in many ways, the
face of the company with our employees and our customers.
Information Technology / Information Systems
Not only does C&A utilize the most sophisticated software available, but we
also develop our own. Technology is at the heart of most all functions
throughout the company and our IT/IS teams understand not only what needs to
be addressed today but think big picture and long-term. It’s what has
enabled to C&A to be at the forefront of innovation in our industry.
Marketing & Communications
This multi-faceted department is responsible for supporting C&A’s vision and
direction. From corporate branding and creative design to public relations
and electronic media, the efforts of the Marketing & Communications team
reach divisions and departments company wide.
