Company Events
At C&A, we work hard but we also have some fun. We plan numerous events
throughout the year that bring our employees together outside of the office,
involve families, and celebrate successes. Here are just a few:
Academy Awards
We believe in recognizing our associates for a job well done. C&A holds a
festive Academy Awards gala for all employees where we celebrate our
achievements and recognize our top performers.
Family Events
C&A knows that family plays an important part in the lives of our associates
and our fun-filled family events are big hits, including our Holiday
Carnival, Summer Picnic, and College World Series celebration at Omaha’s
Rosenblatt Stadium.
Leadership Events
Held quarterly, C&A’s Leadership events bring employees together for
informative programs and discussion about our company and our industry.
Lunch-n-Learn Programs
Our Health & Wellness committee facilitates special lunchtime programs
throughout the year featuring guest speakers, with topics ranging from
financial wellness and gardening to healthy eating and personal safety.
Health-Related Events
C&A encourages employees to take steps toward improving their physical and
inner selves. Our annual Health Fair offers an opportunity for our
associates to browse vendor booths and displays and take advantage of free
health screenings.
C&A also facilitates on-site blood drives, CPR training, and annual Flu
shots, making participating convenient for our employees.
