Job Search

jobs provides you with a snapshot of the key elements for each position. We’re
currently hiring for a variety of sales jobs, including Account Manager,
Business Development, Relationship Manager, Sales Manager, and Recruiter, and
often have other positions available throughout our organization.

One of our recruiters in our human resources department will review your
application/resume within 48 business hours. Applicants that appear to possess
the minimum qualifications for our available jobs will be contacted so we can
learn more about your background, experiences, and career interests.
If you’re a pre-qualified candidate for one of our sales jobs or other
positions, you may be asked to complete an online assessment.
First Interview
First interviews are an opportunity for us to review your work history, verify
information, ask clarifying questions as well as provide you with additional
information about the position and our organization. Typically, this process
takes approximately 30-40 minutes.
Second Interview
If your recruiter determines you’re still a potential fit for the position and
your interest level in the opportunity remains high, a second interview with the
hiring manager will be scheduled. These interviews are conducted in person or
over the phone, depending on the hiring manager’s preference. Second interviews
typically last approximately 45 minutes.
Realistic Job Preview
Finalists for a position are scheduled to meet the manager, team leads, tour the
work environment, and talk with staff to get a realistic preview of the position
and what it might be like to work for C&A.
Job Offer
If the decision is made to extend a job offer, we’ll conduct reference checks,
run a background check, and verify your education. A job offer will be prepared
and presented in person, to ensure you receive all the information you need to
make an informed decision. If the offer is accepted, you’ll be asked to complete
a drug screen.
