We are looking for a highly-motivated Account Manager to develop new business in the KC metro area.

The Account Manager will be responsible for:

•Cold calling businesses engaging in a consultative selling process.
•Sourcing, interviewing and placing qualified candidates with the right job/employer.
•Managing and overseeing the processes associated with employees on assignment.

REQUIREMENTS:

•2 years of proven performance in a salesm, business development, or account management role (Preferred industries: Accounting/Finance, Banking or Mortgage.)
•Excellent presentation, phone and interpersonal communication skills
•Proficient PC skills (MS Office)
•Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
