Kathy Courtnage is Vice Chairperson and co-owner of C&A Industries, Inc. Her responsibilities include oversight of various divisions and departments within the company, including Celebrity Staff and AurTravel, which she has been instrumental in building along with all of C&A’s commercial staffing firms.

With more than 25 years of experience in the staffing industry, she has been a dynamic leader in sales and marketing as well as in the development of C&A’s training department and in implementing standardized operational procedures. Her expertise and insight has helped to propel C&A to national prominence.

Prior to joining C&A, Mrs. Courtnage was a Regional Sales Manager for a national direct sales firm for 12 years. She was recognized as a top producer in her region, having won every sales contest offered for her position level.

Mrs. Courtnage has served on the Board of Directors of the American Staffing Association, the Dobleman Institute, chaired and served on numerous committees, and is past President of the Nebraska Staffing Association. She has been very involved in local charities, serves on the Board of Directors of the Kim Foundation, is a member of the Wellspring Advisory Council of the Salvation Army, and is very active advocating for those impacted by mental illness.
