Larry J. Courtnage

Larry Courtnage is the founder, chairman, and owner of C&A Industries, Inc. His primary responsibilities are setting the strategic direction of the company including technology initiatives.

Mr. Courtnage holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Nebraska. He is a founding member and past President of NeAPS and the American Staffing Association and holds certificates as a Certified Personnel Consultant and Certified International Personnel Consultant.

Mr. Courtnage is also the founder of The Kim Foundation, a non-profit organization committed to mental heath advocacy and awareness, and Career OutReach, a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering those seeking employment or trying to improve their current economic situation. He is actively involved in the Nebraska Chamber of Commerce, Sertoma International, and is a Past Potentate of the Tangier Shrine Center. Mr. Courtnage also serves on the Board of Directors for Bellevue University.
