Larry J. Courtnage
CEO/Owner
Larry Courtnage is the founder, Chief Executive Officer, and owner of C&A
Industries, Inc. His primary responsibilities are setting the strategic
direction of the company and oversight of the Aureus Medical, Aureus Executive,
AurStaff, and AurHomes divisions.
Mr. Courtnage holds a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from the
University of Nebraska. He is a founding member and past President of NeAPS and
the American Staffing Association and holds certificates as a Certified
Personnel Consultant and Certified International Personnel Consultant.
Mr. Courtnage is also the founder of The Kim Foundation, a non-profit
organization committed to mental heath advocacy and awareness, and Career
OutReach, a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering those seeking
employment or trying to improve their current economic situation. He is actively
involved in the Nebraska Chamber of Commerce, Sertoma International, and is a
Past Potentate of the Tangier Shrine Center.
Scot Thompson
Chief Operating Officer, C&A Industries, Inc.
Scot Thompson is Chief Operating Officer of C&A
Industries, Inc. His responsibilities include the development and
execution of strategic directives for C&A, as well as oversight and management
of all company operations.
Since joining C&A in 2000, Mr. Thompson has been
instrumental in strategically transforming the organization into one of the
largest human capital management firms in the country, earning market leading
positions in nearly every market it serves as well as serving thousands of
clients throughout the United States.
Prior to joining C&A, Mr. Thompson was employed for
twelve years at Valmont Industries, Inc., a publicly traded global manufacturing
company, where he held various positions in corporate finance, marketing, sales,
and management.
Mr. Thompson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in
Finance from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a Masters of Business
Administration from the University of Nebraska-Omaha. He is very active in
his church and in the community.
Tom Hansen
Chief Financial Officer
Tom Hansen is Chief Financial Officer of C&A Industries, Inc., having joined
the company in 2000. He is responsible for financial management of the
organization, including direct oversight of accounting, internal audit and tax
reporting. Prior to joining C&A, he held positions with Hewlett Packard
(formerly Compaq and Inacom) as well as Valmont Industries and Coopers and
Lybrand.
Mr. Hansen is a graduate of Kansas State University and holds a Bachelor of
Science degree in Business with an emphasis in Accounting. He is a
non-practicing CPA.
Tim Trusler
Chief Information Officer
Tim Trusler is Chief Information Officer of C&A Industries, Inc. His
responsibilities include oversight and management of the companys information
systems and information technology. Prior to joining the company in 2000, he was
the Director of Information Technology for MSI Systems Integrators and a
Management Consultant for Deloitte & Touche.
Mr. Trusler holds a Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting
from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. He is a member of the Blue Lodge
Masons and the Shriners of North America.
Robert Herbolsheimer
Vice President Special Projects
Robert Herbolsheimer is Vice President of Special Projects for C&A
Industries, having joined the company in 1990. He is responsible for the
oversight of special projects related to the companys strategic vision as well
as local, state, and federal licensing requirements.
Prior to joining C&A, he was employed by Seim Johnson Sestak and Quist as a
CPA and as Assistant Administrator of Plainview Public Hospital in Plainview,
Nebraska.
Mr. Herbolsheimer graduated Summa Cum Laude from Wayne State College and
served in the United States Air Force.
He is a member of the Nebraska Society of CPAs and the American Institute of
Public Accountants. His philanthropic involvement includes the Tangier Shrine
Center, American Legion, Scottish Rite Masons, York Rite Masons, the Masonic
Lodge of Omaha, and the Omaha Home for Boys.
Craig Wolf
Vice President and General Manager, Aureus Medical Group
Craig Wolf is the Vice President and General Manager of Aureus Medical Group,
a division of C&A Industries, Inc. His primary responsibilities include
directing business strategies and the day-to-day management of the division. Mr.
Wolf began his career as a Recruiter, advancing to a Division Manager before
being promoted to the position he now holds.
Prior to joining the company, Mr. Wolf served in the Air Force in a law
enforcement capacity and spent one year with the elite guard.
Mr. Wolf attended the University of Nebraska at Omaha. He is active in the
community, serving as Team Captain for the Omaha Home for Boys Fundraising
Committee and a member of the Tangier Shrine Center.
