The Kim Foundation and its director, Diana Waggoner, were honored with the Recovery is Real Media Award at the Nebraska Statewide Behavioral Health Conference 2012, held May 21-23 in Lincoln, NE.
C&A Industries began supporting the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) about five years ago and our company’s support has continued to grow since then. I began volunteering to be able to spread the word and create awareness of mental illness.
C&A crowned our Cupcake Wars Champion on April 27th, with proceeds from cupcake sales benefiting the 2012 NAMIWalk!

There are many things in life that bring us joy – family, friends, successful careers, scoring the hottest ticket in town to hear your favorite band. But, right up there is knowing that something you did, purchased, or even the check you wrote, made life a little bit better and easier for someone who really needed your help. Giving is a remarkable thing and gosh, if feels good. That’s the feeling at C&A.

C&A recently held our quarterly Leadership meeting, which highlighted our Employees of the Year from our staffing firms as well as the impact C&A employees have made within the community.
C&A Industries hosted an evening at Jazz on the Green for employees and families.
C&A employees, family members, and friends turned out on Saturday, June 11th for the 2011 NAMI Walk, held in Omaha’s Elmwood Park.
C&A employees are sporting jeans May 26th & 27th in support of the NAMI Walk.
