For the fifth year, employees pulled out all stops for our Cupcake Wars competition, held on April 22nd. We’ve all heard those horror stories of internships that have gone terribly wrong. I’ve seen things online saying “They made me run to Starbucks every day to get them coffee”. These internship situations minimize the value that the intern brings to the company and do not allow the intern to get the necessary professional experience.
As I was sitting at my desk looking down at my shirt, I started to think about the color I was wearing and if it affected the way people interacted with me. I couldn’t stop thinking about it and it led me to find out more.
